We recommend picking a dog from the "fab 4" when deciding on a breed. This includes the Golden Retriever, Labrador Retriever, Poodles, and Collies. The reason behind this is because each of these breeds have commonly been used for a variety of disabilities and have a high success rate! According to the ADA you are not required to have any certifications to be considered a service dog. In fact most certification websites are fake and not reputable.

Sadly not every dog is cut out to be a service dog. In the rare occasion we do a have dogs that washes for a variety of reasons such as not being able to pick up specific task, has a hard time adapting, ect. These dogs will be offered back to their breeders and then placed in wonderful pet homes!

A service dog is a dog that is individually trained to perform task that directly relate to a person's disability. These task can be physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, and more!

Emotional support animals are pets that can help comfort a person. These animals are not specifically trained task to help a disability where as a service dog is. Emotional support animals do not have public access to non-pet friendly places unlike a service dog. 

We take donations in a variety of ways! Our main one is going to our standard donation page here. We also take donations for specific dogs/handlers which can be found here. We also take puppy donations as well from breeders. For this we are very specific on what breeds and puppies we are willing to take and have a screening process that we do on all the breeders we plan to work with.
